Please note:

Following the general election in May 2010 content on government websites was archived, many national, regional and local NHS and voluntary organisations were closed down. As a result, some links in this handout may not longer work or content may have moved or may no longer be government policy. This resource is in Word format so feel free to update it.

Although this resource is archived we strongly commend it to the #CLMH_pilot projects to support their workforce development and local joint/partnership working.
