Impact

How have you used what you have learned on the course? Do you do anything differently now as a result of being on the course?.

  • I have become more aware of my negative thinking pattern and how it is affecting me. Looking at self-esteem and its origins / impacts

  • I have been out and about more.

  • I have been doing more writing at home and getting feelings down on paper

  • I have been to other areas and look on the computer for names of photographers that are famous

  • Walk with my head held high. I may be 70 years of age but I still have a place in life.

  • I use thinking techniques everyday including with my children

  • Yes I always savour the moment.

  • Laughing to myself when something upsets me as I've discussed that on the course and can deal better now

  • I used it to manage my thoughts

  • I'm slightly more relaxed about things that might wind me up

  • Yes, think before I speak!

 New Year priorities:

  • New promotional campaign

  • Link into 5 ways to wellbeing campaign

  • Strengthen links with partners
