How to be happy and healthy when you are learning or working: Easy read book

'How to he happy and healthy' is an easy read book for people with learning difficulties who are at college or about to go to college or people who are at work or about to start work. It contains activities for people to complete and enter their responses. It can be used by all kinds of learning providers and by employers as a resource learners can use to help maintain and improve their mental health and wellbeing (5-ways to wellbeing applied as a resource for learners).

At 56-colour pages this is a biig resource to print out so you may need to make it a vailable as an electronic download. Alternatively, if you are interested in maybe making it available to learners via  your virtual leartrning platform or other online learning environment we (NIACE) would be very happy to explore the possibilities with you.
