Then here's a one-off opportunity for your governors/trustees to play their part and show their commitment to the wellbeing of staff and students.

Our national Healthy FE and Skills programme wants to work with governors/trustees in 3-4 education and training organisations to pilot a workshop. It is called 'Challenging wellbeing' and will take place in-house so no extra travelling for busy people whi aer giving up their time.   help governors/trustees to explore their responsibilities and role in making your workplace a supportive and productive environment in which employees and learners can flourish and achieve their full potential.

We want  to work with 4 workplaces and involve 3 or 4 governors in each of these. They will get to shape and pilot the workshop with us during March 2015.

Do you think your governors/trustees would be interested? Why not ask the question? Copy the link to this story http://bit.ly/1F91D17 and/or download this flier and send it to your clerk to the governors/principal/CEO.

You/they can register interest to: elmag@niace.org.uk and we'll get back to you.

Workshop facilitators will be:

• Ann Creed, FETL Research Fellow
• Lisa Hartley, North West Regional Healthy FE and Skills Co-ordinator
