CLMH Special Edition Diversity Diary for 2018-19 - Coming Soon!

I am pleased to tell you that a special mental health edition of the popular Staff Diversity Diary is being prepared for 2018-19. In previous years this resource has been available both in hard copy and electronically to all types of provider in the FE and skills sector. The pages within have supported staff in the sector to advance equality. Entries include special equality dates, good practice projects, research and useful links.

The 2018-19 edition will retain the useful features and reminders but the main theme throughout will be mental health and raising the profile of the Community Learning Mental Health (CLMH) projects. Content will include project case studies, films and lessons learned. This will support the dissemination process and the beauty is people will be reading about mental health and the CLMH work throughout the year. The diary will also communicate the research story and the journey the projects have been on. Our aim is for the sector to learn from these experiences and be inspired.

Although the projects’ remit was adult and community learning the resource is being written to cascade the learning to all providers within the FE and skills sector.

We look forward to bringing you this resource in advance of the new academic year (the diary starts in August). The electronic files will be freely available so you can access and arrange printing.
