What is our Project about?

Our project is about encouraging adults to take a pro-active step in managing their own wellbeing. All our courses are designed to teach those experiencing mild-moderate mental health challenges a variety of wellness tools that they can use in their everyday life to help improve their wellbeing.

Learn To Be Well - Hillingdon CLMHP

Since its establishment, Hillingdon Adult and Community Learning has been improving lives of Hillingdon residents with its range of courses and opportunities.

In March 2015, the service launched its Learn To Be Well (LTBW) project, which offers people suffering with mild to moderate mental health problems a chance to learn new skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.
